Resumen

Este estudio propone un camino metodológico basado en el análisis de narrativas para explicar cómo ocurren las tensiones en la identidad profesional de los profesores. El marco teórico introduce un diseño conceptual que relaciona diferentes corrientes teóricas para aclarar las discusiones sobre el tema. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa que aplica elementos fundamentales de la narratología al ámbito de la Administración. Los datos provienen de un diario reflexivo aplicado en línea a una profesora brasileña vinculada a un programa de posgrado stricto-sensu. Al final, se concluye que la investigación narrativa amplía los horizontes metodológicos en estudios sobre el trabajo docente, estimulando la reflexividad y la crítica. Los resultados destacan la importancia de nuevos estudios con categorías profesionales que enfrentan condiciones de insalubridad y desvalorización.
