Revisão Sistemática e Novos Caminhos a Percorrer Sobre a Inveja no Trabalho

A inveja é um fenômeno emocional com efeitos para indivíduos e organizações, pois afeta relações, comportamento e desempenho, sendo caracterizada como uma emoção social negativa, causada pelo desejo de possuir algo que falta. Pensando nisso, o objetivo desta revisão sistemática consiste em mapear os itinerários, a estrutura conceitual e os novos caminhos a percorrer sobre a inveja no trabalho. Ao mapear os itinerários, foi possível identificar um período temporal de publicações de 1995 a 2024. A análise temática, realizada pela análise fatorial das palavras-chave, permitiu identificar a estrutura temática e conceitual do campo sobre a inveja no trabalho a partir de quatro agrupamentos: compreensão e no gerenciamento das emoções dos trabalhadores, supervisão abusiva, teoria do apego e contexto de pesquisa. Assim, a agenda de pesquisa foi estruturada por 18 proposições, envolvendo aspectos contemporâneos e temáticos, buscando o avanço progressivo deste campo de estudos. Esta pesquisa traça um panorama robusto de estudos envolvendo a inveja no trabalho. Os resultados apresentados revelam a contemporaneidade acerca da temática, seus impactos, antecedentes, estrutura conceitual e uma agenda com novos rumos a serem seguidos de modo a compreender este fenômeno sob a égide de diferentes lentes e teorias.
