Análise de Narrativas como Método para Investigar Tensões na Identidade Profissional de Professor

Este estudo objetiva propor um caminho metodológico, fundamentado na análise de narrativas, que explique como ocorrem as tensões na identidade profissional de professores. O referencial teórico introduz um desenho conceitual que relaciona diferentes correntes teóricas para conferir maior lucidez às discussões sobre o tema investigado. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, pautada na aplicação de elementos fundamentais da narratologia à pesquisa em Administração. O grupo de dados consistiu em uma narrativa coletada com a aplicação on-line de um diário reflexivo a uma professora brasileira vinculada a um programa de pós-graduação stricto-sensu, utilizando-se do Microsoft Sway e do Microsoft Forms. Ao final da pesquisa, conclui-se que a investigação com narrativas possibilita a expansão do horizonte metodológico de estudos acerca do trabalho de professores, estimulando a reflexividade e a criticidade sobre práticas e papéis docentes. Por fim, os resultados lançam luz sobre a importância de realizar novos estudos com categorias de profissionais que enfrentam condições de insalubridade e desvalorização.
