Scientific Reviewers
Interações. Sociedade e Novas Modernidades relies on a body of external scientific reviewers, both national and international, composed of specialists with recognised academic expertise and research experience in the journal’s scientific areas.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double blind peer review process, ensuring reciprocal anonymity between authors and reviewers. This procedure aims to guarantee impartiality, scientific rigour and academic quality.
Reviewers are selected by the Direction and the Scientific Editorship according to their thematic expertise, academic background and suitability to the manuscript under evaluation. The review process focuses on criteria such as originality, scientific relevance, theoretical framework, methodological robustness, clarity of presentation and contribution to knowledge advancement.
The journal applies strict ethical principles to the review process, requiring confidentiality, declaration of potential conflicts of interest and the delivery of well-founded, constructive reports aimed at improving submitted manuscripts.
The work of reviewers is a central element of Interações’ editorial project and is recognised as essential to the journal’s scientific credibility, editorial quality and academic integrity.
