À Mesa com a Memória da Intoxicação: Lincoln, Aristóteles, Tocqueville, Balzac e Outros Convidam os Amnésicos
Abstract
Summary
Earlier 20th century narcotic control policies expressed the community fears concerning dangerous drugs, but later on Prohibition anticipated today’s repressive policies on drugs behaviours and drugs production. The second half of the 20th century, with the juvenilization of the western culture, expanded the repressive pattern. This article is about some aspects of this historical evolution.
