Mas, mais tarde, a Lei Seca adoptou uma filosofia propriamente repressiva, simultaneamente sobre os hábitos de consumo e a produção de drogas. A segunda metade do século XX, com a juvenilização da cultura ocidental, acentuou o padrão repressivo. The second half of the 20th century, with the juvenilization of the western culture, expanded the repressive pattern. This article is about some aspects of this historical evolution.</span></p><!--EndFragment--> ER -
